It has been my experience that regardless of the quality of the program you are promoting, regardless of it's commission plan, regardless of it's free web page offer, regardless if it's a "Ground Floor Opportunity" and regardless of anything else that is being promised, if you get great support that helps you every step of the way, chances are you're going to succeed
I have been involved in Network Marketing for several years now, and there is not another industry in the world that gives the average person, like you and me, the opportunity that Network Marketing does. One thing I have learned is that it takes time, patience, hard work and persistence. It's hard to acquire all of these things without guidance. It's hard to learn the best way to market, where to advertise, and how to recruit and train. And it's hard to stay motivated and excited .
Successful Network Marketers know that providing guidance and support to their downline is the key to success. Experienced Network Marketers are able to get others to duplicate their efforts.
There are two "secrets" which are extremely critical in Network Marketing:
1) DUPLICATE: To be successful in any Network Marketing program people in your organization should use the same techniques as you. There is nothing more important in Network Marketing then this.
2) SUPPORT (Tools and Training): This is extremely critical to a successful network marketer. By recruiting people who are willing to work FOR you and WITH you, using the tools and training that YOU provide, you can guarantee your success as well as the success of the people in your organization. This can be very effective.
I've been involved with Network Marketing for a couple of years now, and in that time I have sponsored hundreds of people into my organization. These were people I never met. But yet, I brought them into my Front Line organization to join me in the quest for financial independence.
Why did they join me? They joined because of the two reasons above... DUPLICATION and SUPPORT.
